Meet Victoria Elder, a seasoned instructional designer and content developer with an impressive track record of over 15 years of experience. Currently enrolled in the Master’s of Instructional Design & Technology program at the University of Georgia, Victoria is continuously expanding her knowledge and honing her skills in the field. Her expertise extends beyond instructional design, as she also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which enables her to bring a data-driven and process-oriented approach to her work.

Adding to her diverse background, Victoria proudly served in the US Air Force, bringing a unique perspective and understanding of military operations to her instructional design projects. Throughout her career, she has worked with various entities including state and federal government agencies, military contractors, and has even ventured into the realm of marketing. However, Victoria’s true passion lies in instructional design and development, where she thrives on creating engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse audiences.
